Autolyzed Yeast Extract
 Cypress Excell Yeast™ AYE: Autolyzed Yeast Extract is a specifically selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae in which the yeast cell has been disrupted and broken through use of suitable enzyme preparation. This “cell breakage” dissolves the tough outer cell wall of the yeast and releases the various internal components such as intercellular proteins, peptides, enzymes and nucleic acid. Following downstream processing, the autolyzed yeast is recovered with the rich growth media and spray dried to create a highly palatable inactive dry yeast powder. This product is 100% natural and contains high quality protein, minerals, dietary fibers and B vitamins, as well as those intercellular components previously listed.. This finished product is light beige in color, is free flowing powder, and has a smooth savory character. Excell Yeast AYE is GMO free and is Kosher-Pavere certified.
